Funs Kessen has been a Mission Critical Engineer at SchubergPhilis since 2006 and has been in IT for more than 13 years.  In the past Funs worked as a developer and engineer at various Dutch Internet Service Providers where he developed OSS/BSS solutions and integrated systems.

The past years he spent as a Technical Lead engineer and Data Protection Lead engineer on several customers within Schuberg Philis. His expertise ranges from application landscape analysis and software debugging to designing highly available redundant and secure architectures.

At the moment Funs’ main focus is on Cloud computing and Green Software in the form of Measuring Software Architectures “on the back of an envelope”.
